Jackson President James McDowell stated, “This facility provides a tremendous benefit to our customers in the western region by reducing lead times to as short as next day delivery.” Products stocked in Riverside include the company’s most popular models under both the Jackson and WAREFORCE brands.

Order placement procedures will not change for our reps and dealers. All orders will continue to be processed by our customer service team in Kentucky who will assign inventory at Riverside to orders going to the western region. Customers in the eastern region will continue to be supplied from our factory/distribution center located in Gray, Kentucky.
