Hoshizaki USA Holdings, Inc. Acquires Jackson MSC, Inc.

Hoshizaki Electric Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce the acquisition of Jackson MSC, Inc., a newly formed subsidiary of Hoshizaki USA Holdings, Inc. Jackson, an American dishwasher manufacturer located in Gray, Kentucky was previously owned by The Manitowoc Company.

The Hoshizaki Group is excited to add Jackson to its expanding lineup of foodservice products including ice machines, refrigerators and freezers, dispensers, display cases, and warewashers.
