Its 25” standard height clearance accommodates larger wares, such as sheet pans and large mixing bowls. Clean 287 racks per hour with the AJ-64, using only 0.77 gallons of water per rack. The AJ-64 can handle any soil level thanks to the Adjust-A-Peak™ adjustable conveyor speed.
